لقد طالت الفترة التي اتُخذت فيها قرارات مصيرية دون مشاركة الملاك، وتضخمت الميزانيات دون مبرر، وتمت إدارة المبنى دون الحد الأدنى من الشفافية التي يستحقها كل مالك. واليوم، قرر عدد من أعضاء المجلس والملاك الغيورين أن يتخذوا موقفًا — لإعادة الهيكلة والتنظيم والمحاسبة.

السادة الملاك الكرام،

نشكر كل من حضر أو أرسل ورقة التصويت خلال الاجتماع الأول للجمعية العمومية بتاريخ 10 يونيو 2025. بالرغم من المشاركة العالية، إلا أن النصاب القانوني بنسبة 50٪ حسب المادة 61 من القرار رقم 1 لسنة 2020 لم يتحقق.

✅ التاريخ الجديد للجمعية العمومية:

يوم الثلاثاء 17 يونيو 2025 – الساعة 5:00 مساءً

المكان: فندق الميريديان – مجمع السيتي سنتر البحرين

هذا الاجتماع سيكون قانونيًا بغض النظر عن عدد الحضور.

Welcome to the official page for the upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly of the Treasure Building Owners' Association. This assembly represents a pivotal moment for concerned owners who are stepping forward to correct the course of our association and restore transparency, accountability, and professionalism in the management of our shared investment.

For too long, critical decisions have been made without owner input, budgets inflated without justification, and management practices have lacked the transparency that every owner deserves. Now, a group of committed owners and board members is taking action to restructure, reorganize, and rebuild trust.

Dear Owners,

Thank you to everyone who participated or submitted their votes in the first General Assembly held on June 10, 2025. Despite the large number of votes received, the 50% quorum required by Article 61 of Resolution No. 1 of 2020 was not met.
